If you already have a Winnglo account, please use the username and password for your account to log into the helpdesk. For new users it is not necessary to have a Winnglo account to login, simply use 'Submit a Ticket' link. Once your ticket is received you will receive an email with your ticket details along with the password to access it.
If you can't find a solution to your problem in our knowledgebase, you can submit a ticket by selecting the appropriate department.
